forlorn hub vs forsaken hub

id just like to start out by saying that this is NOT a QQ i hate loyal frigs thread.

i get an average of 3-4 million more isk out of forsaken hubs than forlorn. my best bounty from just a forsaken hub was around 32 million, while my best in a forlorn was 25(im not talking tick here im talking total amount gained from 1 site each).

the forlorn hubs are a lot harder to do for sure. the forlorn has 4 big waves with loyal frigs in all but 1 of them. oh and triggers to learn and fear. also each wave spawns in a different location.

forsaken hubs have 6 smaller waves with loyal frigs in only 2 of those waves(the 4th and 6th), and every wave spawns in the same spot.

the forsaken hubs require military index 5 before they appear, while the forlorn spawn at 4(maybe lower but i don't think i have ever seen the index below 4 to test it)

forlorn hubs take me average of 3-5 minutes more to clear.

im just wondering if its always been like this(i haven't been capable of soloing a forlorn hub for a very long time), if its just my system... or if they messed something up in odyssey.

p.s. these numbers are from a -0.2 system.

For the two years I've been running anoms the forsakens have been better than forlorn hubs. I find that forlorns get more faction spawns though.
