sisi launcher is just the regular eve launcher?

I download the links and the regular eve launcher pops up what gives?

first, make sure you copied the eve folder and that you are using the correct shortcut pointing to the copied folder:

"E:\Games\EVE Test folder\launcher\launcher.exe" /server:Singularity

if you are starting the right launcher you will see "SERVER: Singularity (Online)" on the top left corner, and patching should be already underway. and yes, its the same launcher, just on the copied directory.
