I am new to the game, but I really would like to buy a character to help me become successful. If this is what I am looking for, I guess I could use my credit card to buy some plex to sell for isk to buy this character, right? I heard that I should focus on mining in 1.0 systems for a year or so to get used to how things work. Would you consider 1.35 billion isk?
