As the title states, i am looking for a boosting pilot. Loki trained would be nice, but not a must.

- all BC to 5
- perfect T3 armor/siege booster
- 2 mil reallocable SPs ( you can instantly train skirmish booster and the minmatar defensive subsystems too, or you can go for command ships instead )
- useful science skills for T3 invention
