Need to know a few things to give a decent estimate

Remaps? Bonus Remaps?
Positive Wallet?
Implants, Jump Clones Installed and their implants?

Also you should consider using tags to fix your sec status

Looking at similar SP toons, you're looking at about 40b

You can use the "Search Forums" tool with phrases like;
- "wts 107"
- "wts 108"

You'll need to filter out non-pvp/subcap related characters, those who are locked and/or not yet sold
