Hello. I am relatively new to EVE community, about 6 months old now. All I know in terms of sites/forums is what is available to me through EVEgate and CCP websites. I'm interested in everyones opinion on where they read information and news, or post in alternative forums. Which ones do you use often?

And I'm not just talking about war gossip sites either. Plenty of that here.

If you want to read loads of meaningless propaganda and faux information, you should read TheMittani (which at least has the ability to form coherent sentences) or you could try evenews24 which is run by a paranoid mexican.

The EVE subreddit is usually a whole lot of fun. As is the site that can not be named on these forums (it starts with a k) but the recent TEST vs CFC war has really made it worse than it was before.

Then there are loads of blogs, most of them pretty horrible, especially the ones syndicated on EN24, but minerbumping for example, often has some quality posting.

What else is there to talk about in eve? Shooting red crosses? Camping a gate?

There's plenty of stuff to talk about with EVE. Being a 6 month old player I need to absorb 10 years worth of community. Virtually anything someone writes or posts about that involves their style of gameplay would be useful information to me.
