Looking for a minimum SP based Covert Cyno toon. Requirements:

  • Any race
  • NON stupid name
  • Positive security status
  • Cyno 5
  • ANY one ship that can equip a covert cyno generator.

Don't bother showing me toons with 20mil SP, I am after minimum SP to use a covert ship and cyno nothing more.
