the ideal candidate must have:

- high (and i mean HIGH like in 8+) standigs with both Caldari State faction AND Caldary Navy Corp.

Budget range is wide enough so, any skills, although purely optional, would be fairly considered (within a resonable range ofc)...
(we are not strictly looking for a low SPs char but neither for some 50...100m SPs toon only because it happens to have, among other goodies, the required standings and 4m unallocated SPs).

We are well aware that our request means "custom" that always has its own (higher) price... therefore we are prepared to pay TOP isk for the right char...

She's all station trader, so if a Jita Station Trader is not what you are looking for you're looking for then don't bother

If you are interested, but want Caldari Navy Higher, that's no problem. I can fleet her on L5 fleets and bring that up 16% per day.
