Cheap ship for L3s?

I'm trying to get my Impetus corp standing up to 5.0 in order to run the epic arc, but the L3 agent mostly gives missions into low-sec. These are high-low connection systems and I'm sure I'm not the only one that wants to get faction from this agent, so I have to assume I'm going to get ganked if I try to run missions here.

I already checked it with a covops, the entrance gate is camped to ****, is there anything that can reasonably run the camp and still accomplish level 3s?

instead of getting a cheap ship, you could just put a scout into the system to check for gatecamps...

I should buy an Ishtar.

Won't be as quick, but Impetus has 3 highsec L3 distribution agents. Might be an option.

Seconding distribution as the most awesome way to do anything, ever.

Alternatively, pay someone lots of ISK to do it for you.
