Scamming, yeh it sucks if you are on the bad end of it (fun if you are the scammer ). Someone who has so many isks to spend should have enough experience to avoid these kind of scams. It would have been different in my opinion if a newbie was scammed of 20B isks. But then .... he shouldn't have tried to buy himself into the game. I agree, the CSM avatar thing gives you false sense of security, but there are so many examples on the forums about goons scamming, that you should have known there was a BIG risk to take. As I did when I got scammed for 800M by a goon (Badddd goons ! ) If you knew it and took it willingly then you shouldn't be complaining. I also think there should be a better ingame option for these kind of contracts, cause trust you cant have in a game where scamming is allowed. And I do think there should be a rule that scamming is allowed here, but only INGAME. So no website or any other tools outside EVE. In a lot of countries its even illegal to do so, cause the virtual isks have a value in game.

But no worries, life will be goon again in EVE when I take over the CSM board .... . I will change it all and will not accept anything below 20B!

By that I don't mean that I'm smart and the rest are stupid. That's would be the very first sign that I'm the stupid one. I don't wanna fight all, obviously it would be an endless fight that I cannot win. What I wanted to point out is that a CSM should not be involved in such thing. You can clearly see when a CSM is on a thread. That fooled me, I thought they actually create a better communication between players and CCP. CCP obviously admit they exist, that's why they have "CSM' on their avatar.

So it's kinda complicated for me to understand why the one who's there to help ( at least that's what they supposed to do ), are doing something I, for example, shouldn't be proud about it. I worked my ass earning the isk in game without a single scam.
And in a few minutes, the CSM chairman decided to scam me cos he was bored maybe? Sad to be him, that's my opinion.

Do you see "CSM" in front of Mittens's name in the game? Or is there an overlay saying "CSM" on his avatar there? Because I'm pretty sure there isn't. And even assuming (without prejudice) that your logs may be legitimate, they still don't say "Hi I'm a member of the CSM so you should trust me". So he only has "CSM" on his avatar on this very forum. A forum where every second thread says "I HAVE​ BEEN​ SCAMMED​ BY A​ GOON, BEWARE". Not to mention that text he writes isn't in a special color, like it is with EVERY OTHER CCP REP. So the only thing that says "Mittani is representing CCP" is your own imagination. But rest assured that GMs and other CCP employees on their official GM or CCP characters won't scam you (that second).

Yes, the CSM is there to facilitate communications between the playerbase and CCP. If you go to the CSM area of the forums and make a suggestion for a change to the game that you believe to be a good change (and other players find to be a good change), the CSM will bring it to the attention of the appropriate CCP people. That is what their job is. Besides doing their job they are free to do whatever they wish in a game.

What you are suggesting is that the CSM should cease doing thing that run counter to your morals when they are playing the game. To me, THAT is an immoral idea. What you are advocating is for people that already spend unpaid time working to make the game better to conform to your code of ethics. I have no words to describe how evil and repugnant your demands are.

As a CSM the "Mittens" is the ducks nut, no other CSM has his finger on the pulse on EVE like this peep does! BUT you did a transaction with a GOON? What the **** are you smokiing? What the **** did you expect!

Hello, you must be new to EVE.

Next you'll be telling me a known and highly-publicized outlaw didn't get voted in as an CSM alternate specifically by scamming and deceiving people out of their votes.

Exactly why I quit Counterstrike. Full of idiots trying to kill me.

Just hope they remember to pay their bills or it's lights out!
