Currently I am in a one-person corp where obviously I am the CEO. I'm about to establish a POS in high sec. After I do this I was thinking of joining a different corp. What happens to my POS? Does it still belong to me or does it become the property of the CEO of the new corp? And lastly, if I were to leave the new corp would my POS still be in my possession ?

A POS never belongs to a person it is always considered the property of the corp. The POS will stay with your current corp and you will no longer be able to access it.

If you want to be in some specific corp and have your own pos same time, you need to make an alt and altcorp which has your pos and uses it. Your main cant access the pos, you can get inside the shields if you have the password but thats about it.
Unless you are in alliance then you can control ME/PE labs too.

If you switch corps your POS will not go with you. You need to take it down, and put it back up under the new corp. However doing so will make that POS belong to the new corp. As already stated, POSes do not belong to individuals, but to the corp.

If you leave the POS up, it will stay with your current corp. Once you leave, you will not be able to use it, aside from entering the shields by using the password. you will not be able to access anything, or refuel it. Only the alts if any that you leave behind will be able to use the POS.

The only way to do what you want, is to stay in your 1 man corp, keep your POS, and join an alliance, if you can find one that will accept a 1 man corp.

Hopefully this will change when they revamp POS mechanics, but we will just have to wait and see.

Either tear it down or sell it to someone who can join your corp and CEO and take it over. Shame to waste the asset by just letting it go.

Thanks for all the feedback...hopefully there will indeed be more flexibility on ownership rights regarding POS's when they are revamped.
