Dark Blood Control Tower VS True Sansha Control Tower

Is there any difference between these two towers with regard to ATTRIBUTES ? I've compared them and they appear to be exactly the same and yet the market has very different prices for the towers.

They are the same. Prices differ based on availability and demand by the people that don't check stats.

I believe the same applies to all pirate faction modules, i.e. True Sansha = Dark Blood even for say an armor hardener.

Dread Guristas > Guristas > Caldari
True Sansha = Dark Blood > Blood > Amarr
Domination > Angel > Minmatar
Shadow > Serpentis > Gallente

CCP once stated it was one of the things they wanted to fix. They seem to have forgotten, or have other priorities.

Also these tower blueprints do not drop anymore. So what you see on markets is basically what is available. Some people go out of their way to kill these towers for the rare mail, tears, or ransom.

The tower blueprints were added into exploration site loot tables in Odyssey. They and faction POS module BPCs now drop again.

Did a quick search and could find no True Sansha Small at EVE Central or by Contract. Where are they ???? What?

My explorer friend claims that the structure BPC are quite rare still. That's all he does out in nulsec, solo exploration, and he hasn't seen any yet. He has gotten numerous other BPC (tip: capital rigs can be extremely lucrative).

I got a 3 run BPC for Sansha Large Pulse POS guns netting me 180,000,000 total, but that's about it for high sec finds for me since Odyssey.

confirming sansha POS neut BPC drop in lo data site. This was, IIRC, a few days after the patch.

You can find faction BPCs for towers/batteries/etc in low-sec as well.. 3 days into oddessy I got my hands on a serpentis warp scrambling battery BPC and a serpentis warp disruption battery BPC. I also found a serpentis small blaster battery BPC recently.

made me a nice cool 400M on those batteries.

Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

Obviously the most important thing to keep in mind when purchasing either tower, is the fact one has a better name then the other...its the important things that matter.

Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012.
