Make the Jump Clone Reduction Skillbook NPC/Exploration Drop, not Seeded.

Have fun with the new long sought-after skill and have it not seeded by all NPC stations like most others.

Have it either exploration loot(data sites) or as a LP shop reward for an otherwise useless science corps out there.

Do something with it that makes people go into space and do stuff to achieve, don't let it be unlimited demand.

Well, you could actually use the DEV feedback thread in F&I, since, you know, that's why the made it ...

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Yes, please seed this through exploration, so that it's super duper dirt cheap. Useless skills shouldn't cost a whole lot anyway.

Long time no see, bro.

An hour per level is pretty much useless. They ought to reset the clone timer to 20hours as it is, and let this new skill reduce it by 10% per level, which using EVE rounding ends up at an effective 12 hour timer for max skills. That way it actually benefits people, and no one has to suffer from this 'time creep' I keep hearing about.

Even one level into the skill is extremely useful over the standard 24 hours due to the fencepost error that the standard 24 hours brings on.

Well I found numerous methods of making plasma speakers, from Victorian era ones powered by burning whale oil to modern ones that burn tungsten for plasma.
Mostly they are safe to be near.
My debate is powering them and since I dont have a planc space generator due to a decisive lack of Isogen, I was just going to use a UPS and just tote that around.
