Need a fit for clearing gas and ore sites

I've been messing around a bit in wormholes doing some ninja mining and am attempting to harvest gas with an Indy alt. I had used a Vexor to clear sleepers (frigates I think) from the ore sites with no problems but ran into stiffer opposition in the gas sites. They were either cruiser or battle cruisers which webbed and neuted and apparently warp disrupted although I never saw the icon for that.

So what I need I guess is a ship that can tank cruiser or battle cruiser sleepers in C1-C3 wormholes. I prefer Gallente, so I'm thinking a dual armor rep BC with a cap booster? Do I need to take wormhole effects into consideration? Thanks.

If gallente why not dominix? If C1-3 why not drake or tengu?

You can clear gas sites up to class 4 in pretty much any BC, a triple rep myrmidon would probably be good (overkill, even) if you're after a Gallente ship. As for warp scrambling, the only gas site which has warp scrambling sleepers is the Instrumental as far as I'm aware, and those don't spawn in C3 space. Use this site to check what the spawns are for a particular gas site: http://eve-survival.org/wikka.php?wakka=WormholeSpace#master_list

I want to go cheap as possible. The Myrm sounds good. Triple rep and not dual you say? Also would u put guns in the highs?
