Hi.

An NPC corp I working for has no level 3 security agentst in gallente high sec. So I have to do security missions in low sec. The problem is, that some so-called "pirates" use to come in the middle of the battle and start help NPC killing me. So I have to interrupt mission cause my PvE fitted ship is not suitable for PvP. And I can not come back to resume it cause those losers sit on the spot. I need a way, how to clear the site without external help.

I wonder what is the best way how solo newbee with 3 mio SP can get his mission site clean from an ass.hole, who came there in a heavy assault cruiser?

Let say that I have to deal with this:

Deimos
Heavy Neutron Blaster II x 5
Null M
Caldari Navy Antimatter Charge M
Void M
Small Diminishing Power System Drain I

Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor I
Experimental 10MN Microwarpdrive I
Faint Epsilon Warp Scrambler I

Damage Control II
Magnetic Field Stabilizer II x 2
800mm Reinforced Steel Plates II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II x 2

Medium Trimark Armor Pump I x 2

Is it better to come in fast frigate, trying to sensor damp him and keep the distance to slowly dig through his passive tank or should I use opposite approach and try to get rid of him in a battle cruiser?

With that little SP and on your own, chances are you won't kill him and he'll have friends to call for back up.

This is EVE I'm afraid. Although on the flip side of that statement this *is* EVE and there are plenty of noob friendly mission running corps. Alternatively maybe move to another place with a suitable level 3 agent and with few locals...

I would suggest you just decline missions that take you to lowsec. Not worth the hassle. Find agents further from lowsec or change the corp you're working for.

Those people call themselves pirates and are there to kill you. If you want to stay safer, you got to keep yourself in highsec, especially when running missions in a PVE ship. There are enough lvl 3 missions in highsec, you just need to mission for a different corporation I guess.

I'm afraid there is not much you can do. You could bring a bigger/better ship but they probably have some backup too. So when you "escalate" the situtation, you might only make your losses higher.

Leave the mission pocket for now, dock up and wait till they go away and then retry. Keep your eyes on local, as soon as someone comes in again dock up or change to a PVP fit.
