Hey folks

Im looking for a focused low SP carrier (or carrier ready) toon)
Prereq:
Racial Carrier 1 (Or able to be trained within ~7 days) Preferably Gallente or Amarr
Logi 5
Decent Support skills
Decent Drone Skills
Preferably a racial cruiser to 5 so it can fly logi

No fixed budget atm but somewhere under 10b
