"Missing" Assault Frigates

in the data dump there are 6 assault frigates that I'm assuming never made it out the test-tube:

Dagger, Blade, Erinye, Gatherer, Kishar, Sparrow

Any chance that with all the ship re-balancing that's happening, that these could be resurrected? I don't have a strong opinion on what they should be or do - but I wonder if there's room for them now? If the original reason that they were aborted has gone away?
