Hello,
I've looked for this but i was unable to get confirmed answer.

When CEO is last person in copr and he is leaving it, corporation is closed (not deleted). In that situation can it's name and/or ticker be reused (even by same character)?

Reason is that I've made typo in corp name and there is no way to rename it, but since (currently) I'm only person in Corp, I could just dump it and create new one. Problem is that I do not want to loose Ticker (as in case or recreating corp I's like to use same ticker).

I know this was asked before few times but posts never had any definitive answer.

Im pretty sure you can remake the corp with the same ticker, but if its just a small typo CCP might be willing to just fix the typo. Will admit i have never heard about that being done tho.

"Clowntonw In Space" is an awesome name and you should really keep it.

But yeah if you don't wanna look silly close the corp. Upon closing a corp the name and ticker become free to use again, so it's cool. Just close the corp and make another one with the exact same name and/or ticker.

I'll ask my mates if they want to have it corrected or not (as that typo became inside joke for name) :)

Confirming that you can ask CCP to fix the typo and they will likely do it cause it doesnt affect the game majorly.
