How does a post of such complete misunderstanding of pirates, mercs (lol), and kill rights get so many posts?

As you noted it was 2 failed attempts (claimed), high sec ganking can have many things go wrong but you are losing catalyst so who cares.
Someone mentioned ship scannig first and yes that is best plan if you give a crap and ganking in high sec is important to you instead of just having nothing better to do at the moment.

Low sec pirates are -10 so kill rights mean nothing to them. They pray for "mercs" to come after them so they can kill the usually awful players.

Stop being stupid and learn the game.

Definition of blob is more friends than you! Do you play eve or play eve for others?

I think what needs said to you is this: go play in your corner of the sandbox and let the rest of us talk to each other and learn how to play this game in our corner of the sandbox.

If you didn't like to conversation, no one asked you to join it so please take your arrogant ass out of here. Thanks.

I'm still wondering why this miner assigned the killrights to the largest shareholder of the New Order. Did he really think I was going to go after these honorable players who were simply trying to improve Eve by removing one more mining ship?

I've decided to do absolutely nothing with the killrights.

See Bio for isk doubling rules. If you didn't read bio, chances are you funded those who did.

Aww don't get all butt hurt when your smarts was insta poped. You thought you had some recourse and wanted to be all cool and show everyone that you survived a high sec gank, I understand.

But I do think you just passed the first step of the goons or test application process!

Killrights on -10 people.

The most valuable commodity in all of eve

Sometimes you just have to make someone double flashy!

Kudos to him is he sells the rights. The term "selling snow to Eskimos" comes to mind.

Soul Takers? Those are the guys that handed me my first ever PvP death in my noob-Algos - when I went to Old Man Star to pick up an afterburner, and wound up in the middle of a 100 ship battle they were having with Eve University.

Engaged them a few times. Their schtick seems to be blobbing in faction ships with off-grid support. All in all a fairly boring, predictable bunch and not very fun to play with.

I am just personally interested in what provoked your previous characterisation. I would imagine it would involve a station undock?

I love it when people activate kill rights on me. It means they are going to die AND lose money

I know right! -10 and live in lowsec, why even bother with putting up kill rights on me? Yet people do it, for just fantastic sums to. 50 million was the last one.
People who make killrights available on adorable pirates should feel bad Blink

I believe that is the message of the movie Pirates of the Caribbean.
