[WTB] 20-60m SP PVP/PVE Char. (14b Budget) Missiles/Caldari focus! Open for info...

G'Day all,

Looking for an alt char that has most/all of the following reqs:

-All lvl 5 missile support/usage skills up to torps/cruise missiles (All supports like rapid firing, bombardment etc etc)
(Lights5,Heavies5,HAMs5,Torps5,Cruise4-5, then all specializations to 4)
-All Engineering/Shield supports to 5, or close
-Spaceship Commands for at least Caldari all to 5 (Frigs,Des,Cruisers,BCs,BS) (Gallente/Minni a huge plus)
-Electronic supports to 4,5 or decent (Want CovOps Cloak)
-Great or decent core skills
-Leadership 5, others a plus
-Gunnery skills a hugeee plus! (AT LEAST weapon upgrades 5, AdvWeapUps 3-5)
-Navigation skills decent! (such as high speed man. 4,5 Accel control 4,5 etc etc)
-Social 5 and connections 3-5 a plus
-Science skills good enough for +5 implants and the use of boosters, and JCs
-Mechanics good enough to use basic T1 rigs, shield rigs, missile rigs
-Subsystem skills for Caldari a HUGE plus!
-Drones 5, interfacing 5, and other drone support/usage another huge plus!

-DO NOT want any indy/PI SP wasted on this character! I may consider PI SP.

Do not care about killrights, would like a remap or two, positive wallet please, and standing no lower than -1.9

If your toon meets all or most all of this criteria, post here please with the said toon's name, SP amount, eveboard link, and your asking price please! You may want to include any conflict in what I have above, and the skills your toon has... I am in no rush and am very willing to work out a deal. :)

Big smile Have been playing EVE since 03, but I want a new alt that isn't connected to my main or alts in any way shape or form. So I can relax and just blow sh*t up once in a while! Pirate

Thank you guys n gals, ^^ I am considering a couple of the above offers... my budget is raising, thinking I may end up having up to 16b to spend here, and not exactly in a rush- although it'd be very nice to hop into another toon sooner rather than later ;)

Anyways, post any other offers below, and I am willing to discuss what I like, or throw out a possible "SOLD!" at'chya! ;3

Hmm, looks great Peck. I'll have a closer look at him once I get home from work!

For anybody else, feel free to post any other offers! Like I said, I'm not in any huge rush (even though I would like to start playing around on another toon ASAP!Pirate)

Budget sitting around 14-15b, may be willing to spend a tad bit more, although the less I end up spending on the actual toon, the happier I will be, and the more likely I'll be to choose it over another (not to mention I'll have decent isk to fit out propper equipment)!

Still looking at all my options here, and thank you to all that have replied so far. Going to be making my decision either tonight or tomorrow! Really want to get playing on another toon ASAP now. :)

Anyways, please post your offers if you feel your toon meets most/all my reqs!
