Flipping a system noob question

Hi i have a question. When the system bar is red, invulnerable, shouldnt there be a bunker to attack to flip the system. I dont see a bunker in space. can someone explain plez.

If the red bar is flashing slowly, then the system has been lost, and there is no way to reclaim it. No plexes spawns and the bunker is not a warpable object (I think, haven't logged in for a few days so I may be imagining things)

Edit: You may also not have Factional Warfare Infrastructure Hubs added to your overview.

I wear my goggles at night.

look, the system is vulnerable, but we were not able to lock the ihub. the bar was red but not flashy but there were some dungeons still spawned. do you have to complete all dungeons.

Brick Squad now in FW? don't you have to be in FW to be able to attack it?

If the system is vuln the hub is able to be locked/attacked regardless of active plex's. I have been part of a few d-plexing efforts while the i-hub was being bashed and we dropped it out of vuln and the i-hub was locked down again.

Are you in the correct militia? You cannot cross militia shoot ihubs. In other words Caldari cannot shoot Minmatar ihubs, only Amarr can shoot Minmtar ihubs.
