ok this error is pissing me off. It will not let me run anything admin. I had to creat a admin account just to be able to update EvE. If there is a real way to fix this cause Google is no help right now please tell me.

Uninstall Microsoft security essentials and reinstall it.

There's a microsoft fixit link that might just do the trick for you midway through the article. I love this new fixit program they started, I've had great success with their fixit programs for stuff.
