This post is for players with two accounts who run NPC stuff.

I'm a dual-boxer, just curious to know others and why you do it - ie.

Why do you stay at two, and why did you go from one to two?

( I do NOT work for CCP...)

I run a pair of Machs, started to make the epic arcs easier and then just kinda got used to it and now I just arty or auto everything.

Actually I started a third toon to haul the crap around in an orca and handle the noctis for the tags and valuable loot.

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

it is because it just makes your life easier.

PvP you have 1 more that can turn the tide of a small battle , or scout etc,

PvE well it just ticks more at a fraction of price and make you deticate less time for you needs (using RR domies about 250m-300m both fitted and ticking 1.5x more from my mach (perfect skills on all))

I started out early with a second toon, mainly to make it easier to mine. However, once I got My second Avatar into an Orca (with perfect skills), I took a good hard look at the game and the skills necessary. Well, instead of spending the next 23+ years (yah, I used Eve Mon to figure that out. lol) skill training one Avatar, I now have a Mining/Manufacturing/Research/Market/PVE Avatar, and a Hauler/Salvager/Recon/Explorer/PVP Avatar. I run both together form Mining (obviously) and Missions (One fights, the other salvages).

Ran one, then two, then three, then 4 accounts.

Put the 3 good toons onto one account because diminishing returns aren't just an in game factor, and because RL > Eve. And because you can train 2 at a time now. all 3 would be superb.

I started running L4s and realised that trying to salvage my kills in a battleship was gonna be the death of me. So, an alt with a Noctis was what I needed.
