API: Empty tax values in Incursion reward wallet record

I wanted to ask if the lack of taxReceiverID and taxAmount values in the Incursion reward wallet journal record (refType="99") is intentional or is this somehow a bug?

I started a PvE scoreboard (http://www.evescore.com), and in one particular case when corp tax is set to 100% it is impossible to determine the amount of reward for Incursions, because the amount is "0".
