Found some mods in the hangar and they seem to make a decent Rattle fit. Might work against roamers not prepared for it. It should be able to catch cynabals and the likes. And yes it is full of bling, but T2 should work aswell. The stuff can very well remain in the hangar if someone will explain why this is the worst idea ever (apart from cynos, systems will most likely be jammed).

Drop the SMCs for tank rigs.

Fit a better injector.

If you want to keep up the neuting power for a long time, perhaps an egress port maximizer or two - the T2 are cheap too
