Unless the buyer would actually want that exact type of rig (which might not be too difficult, but not exactly easy either), their sales value is minimal. If that's they type of rigs he wants, sales value should be about as much as they cost. But then again, every buyer could pretend that's not the type of rig they want (or that they only want one of'em or somesuch).
Probably best to consider the rigs at half normal price just to make sure.
