No Concord Warning shooting Angel Deep Info Strata in High Sec

I had a weird ship loss in the Minmatar Army complex in Traun today.

I was hacking an Angel Deep Info Strata when I hit F1 (Missile rack) with the strata targeted, but instead of the standard warning I was simply Concorded. My own fault, of course, but I haven't messed with the warning settings, nor would I switch them off in any case. Does anyone know if there's an issue with Concord warning messages after the Odyssey patch?
