Recently added 100k skill points in various gun support kills to bring them to lvl 3 and sp total to 3.86mil encase skill sheet hasn't updated correctly

-I have trained up all skills to 5 that are required for all subsystems.
-Corp history is completely blank
-Sec status is completely blank
-Killboard is completely blank
-No killrights
-Has +2 implants

-Good pilot to train into a specialized pvp alt of choice or pve
-Most important skills are injected and ready to train to designated level

I will pay transfer fee and all Character Bazaar rules apply

B/O at 1.7bil or best offer

I don't have any of the cruisers trained to 5.
Just able to inject all subsystems NOT able to train any of the racial strat cruisers.

He is meant to lesson your time to get into a strat cruiser of your choice as training all cruisers to 5 as well as weapon systems would take a long time as well as raise the price by a large amount.
