Last update broke Eve client and launcher

Issues are as follows.
1. Launcher complains about not being a 64bit program. Will not run
2. Repair tool sticks at Downloading recipes.
3. Manual exe file run downloads patch, exits and runs the patch, that then hangs downloading at around 21%.

All attempts to follow known work around's do not work.
I REALLY do not want to have to delete eve, reinstall, and setup all my stuff again....Straight

Returns no data. aka will not load from any computer / net i try to use.

For those of you that might have a similar problem...
it turns out the problem was drive fragmentation.
I decided just cause to check it, horibly fragment, ran o&o Defrag.
Then the repair tool ran and fixed EVERY issue.
