I was wondering if anyone got any ideea what are the best shield incursion communities out there? So far my character is focused around the Minmatar race/logistics

There are lots of shield communities out there. Goldiiee's megathread gives a pretty good round up of them. I'd suggest trying them all and finding the one that suits you the best.
