Hey guys.

Im kinda hooked on bringing in the Terran ship that leaves earth from this Video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZPCiqBLPM8 From Eve Online: Origins Video.

I really think that ship is Awsome looking, and if they first have made it to the videos they make. Why not throw it into the game.??

I really want that ship. Its my opinion tho.

If others think the same. As me and other Industrials alike. PLease let me and the DEV people know about it.

Bumping your own thread in the first five minutes is acceptable now, eh? ~Kay...

It's already in EVE, my friend.

Scan down a Relic site. You'll see plenty.

There are many ships in Eve many people wish they had the opportunity to fly. Lille in all things just because you want something doesn't mean it will ever happen.

Best Expansion ever would be a new faction of surviving Terran found after they restore a old Terren jumpgate, it would be the same as all the other races in the way that they were cut off from Earth thousands of years ago the only difference being that they did not forget the history and most of the technology (not a lot due to the Terran being a lot more powerful even at the time of the colonization) a whole new themed race, Terran ships of all the classes , they could even introduce the Jove into the fold as well so there is still 2 Alliances at war, or even group the Jovian with the Terran and make it a 3 way conflict.

id be amped to see what a Terran Titan would look like.

I don't really see flying "terran" ships as being all that plausible given that from what I recall of various "lore" items humanity in the Milky Way galaxy is likely either planet bound due to resource depletion making maintaining any sort of space-based presence impossible or technologically more advanced than humans in New Eden to the tune of 30,000 years at a minimum.

Agree that we do not need outdated tech. That thing would probably collapse the first real man's stargate you'd be using :)

I see you do not know any EvE lore. Capsuleers, we in New Eden have outdated tech... The people from Earth are 30,000 years ahead of us, we can not even fathom what they have. Any Earth ship would have to be an NPC because they are multiple orders of magnitude more advanced and powerful than even the Jove.

Npw, perhaps, but the ship in the origins video is 30000 years old. Because the video is showing what happened 30000 years ago. That's why they are found in relic sites. They are relics.

The Tech earth had 30,000 years ago raped current capsuleer technology. There was a story of some amarr empress who used a terran weapon from her battleship and it destroyed an entire minni cap fleet with a single shot. But since she was a moron she lost it somehow.. Ugh

If an EvE gate opened again and they wanted to fight, I imagine all they would have to do is send a single ship over and everything would perish. The Jove wouldn't stand a chance.

Jamyl's super weapon wasn't even a weapon. It was a utility device that went on terran freight haulers. They wouldn't need much of a ship period. Something the size of a frigate or cruiser would smear us.

What if they remembered the history/culture but lost nearly all the tech, ships could look similar but be around the level of he other races

Where would they live? Would we have to add another hundred systems to eve? Another thirty corps? another thousand stations? more standings, more space, more balancing issues, more ships, more modules. Doesn't Eve have enough atm? How would they even fit within the politics of teh Four Empires?

Keep it as it is, I say. Expand on what we have, don't add another whole set

Space is goes on forever, and there are areas we have not found, I think bring in a 6th lost race and the Joves is a great idea, new space to find, they could be living in a part of wormhole space that is fixed and around our own space, and new types of jump gates that give static / permanent points of entry. Eve is always growing new things to find. This would keep the game going forward with new skills to train and fleet comps to work out

The world is already hard to maintain as it is, it is already huge and awesome. Adding more would be nice, but what will be the cost? More bugs and issues, lags? A thousand other things that might happen? That needs more effort than it's worth I'm afraid.

P. S. Just a "ship restored from relics" would be nice, though.

I hope the next expansion is terran invasion, an invasion from the eve gate outwards :D Turn up in battleships and capitals and let loose with everything you have from uptime to downtime for 3 months, until the borders are drawn as they are then, with a new empire in place.

New space is an awesome idea but it needs more/more powerful claster nodes for servers. I think CCP should work on their performance with what we have now (TiDi was a nice idea, but is still a major inconvenience. Especially on a freighter or barge...)
