What skills to sell stuff from stations I can't get into

So back in the game from a 6+ month hiatus and I have stuff in stations in Null sec that I can no longer access.

What skills do I need to be able to trade them from afar?

Marketing to sell the items remotely. Daytrading to be able to change the market orders remotely (increase/decrease amount)

Max range for both is region, at level 5.

Few regions are so wide as to require more than level 4.

Your current autopilot settings are used to calculate the distance. If you are avoiding a system, that can prevent you from buying / selling if the path is too long.
