Help with walletTransactions API missing rows

This started to happen about 3-4 weeks ago, can't remember when exactly.

I remember it was with sell rows on some drone a while ago.

But it happened again now.

Some facts:

I put up buy orders as usual for certain quantities. Example item will be "Broken Drone Transceiver". The quantity is 5025 buy order.

In-game wallet transactions: http://imgur.com/a/ngCcP -- The buy order was completed and in this gallery if you add all the rows together, you get 5025, and yes I did manually add all those together and it is 5025 :D

And I actually got all the items too, seeing from this hangar image: http://i.imgur.com/LksS6qN.png

Now when I fetch walletTransactions for that char and all the "Broken Drone Transceiver" rows together I get 4966 quantity.
I tried this with eve-cost and I tried EVE Mentat, both say 4966.

Tested with key on my own API reader code, it also says 4966 BDTs, so it's not EVE-Mentat or EVE-Cost getting it wrong at least.

It's missing the transaction @ 2013.07.25 00:21, 59 units from Jerya Starche, but has all the transactions around it, both newer and older.

Seems to be something amiss with the player Jerya Starche - searching in-game shows no matches.

Character biomassed in the time between the sale and the API access?

Yeah, evewho.com says she's been Doomheim'ed http://evewho.com/pilot/Jerya+Starche

Well there you go, that's the API bug, transactions with biomassed characters are omitted - now if only there was a way to report bugs...

Thanks for the help!

I also removed the test API key.

I'll try poke some CCP devs in the #eve-dev irc channel and petition it in-game.
