Launcher Problems

Okay, kept opening the launcher and it was stuck updating after installing. I figured this was no real biggy restarted. Than was thrown an exception that looks an awful lot like this: http://imgur.com/nMWS0Uu.

So CCP, why oh why must it be like this? I'm not putting much information in right now hoping there is a very simple workaround I am missing. Here is to us working through this, any more info you need I will supply including in game locations of all my supers and spy alts.
