Where do these implants come from? I just noticed them on the market. Apparently there's one RSOFE for sale in Jita, but no Imperials.

these implants have been in the game for a very very long time, i think you get them via COSMOS missions. (might not be the correct place to get them, and i dont know if you can still get them at all)
