How amI supposed to pvp without straffing? In real life straffing removes incoming damage and make you hard to hit. In WoW I can mash and straff dodge stuff but in eve i can't straff dodge even though this is a space ship.

I bet even the space shuttle can straff dodge.

How is eve supposed to have funtional pvp without straff dodge?

This is unrealistic and removes all real skill.

im a pubby and im proud

In EVE:
You cannot spray bullets in a random fashion
You cannot spray Missiles in random directions

You can however, spray spit in many directions, and it happens every day.
DPS is rather low
Loss rate is rather high
Special effects are like no other game ever conceived

make a barrel role

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

Assuming you mean strafing? You can do that, people call it transversal velocity i think.

You can't strafe dodge anything in wow anyway, 90% of skills are targeted.

Since when does WoW have spaceships that can strafe? Are the Tauren spaceships made of wood? Are teh spaceships from Undercity made of Bone? Does Deathwing have a space helmet?

Orbit. It's infinite strafing!

unplugging your computer is the shortcut key for strafing.

if you want "god mode" then take your computer and throw it out your window.

Strafing is so '90.

Nowadays people use Blaster-vinids with microjumpdrives for shadowstepping.

On the off chance that the OP is legit and not a troll:

All ship weapons have full 360-degree coverage; this isn't Wing Commander, and there's no blind spot. They also automatically aim at the target, but turrets have limits to how quickly they can track a target. "Strafing" in EVE basically means moving at right angles to your target - keeping your transverse speed as high as possible, to try to push beyond the ability of the other guy's guns to keep on you.
