Look at T1, Meta, and T2 module line-up in Oddyssey 1.1 maybe?

I'm sure this has been posted ad nauseam, but I thought it would be worth throwing up on the boards again.

Not looking for anything crazy, but something as simple as bringing the cap usage of T2 modules in line with the others would be a start. Maybe give them a better boost with heat and/or take less heat damage too?

Or am I missing something and CCP wants us to use M4 modules over T2?
