I had an idea that it might be rather fun to offer an isk prize in Tranquility for someone, within a certain constraints, say, podding me on Singularity.

It strikes me that would be in somewhat of a grey area, so I'm thinking, let's bring this up with the mods before hand, rather than afterwards, when everyone is all... excited.

Thoughts?
