How am I supposed to upload a logserver file when the damn server hangs and errors every single time I try?

Every time I try to upload it, I get:
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

The original bug report was about 6mb, zipped and it's 762KB (hell of a zip?). Anyway, the zip uploaded. It was well under the 16mb upload limit and the page says lbw is an acceptable file format. Apparently one of those sections of text is lying...

That certainly should not be an issue (especially not with the small zipped file). Eventually try it again now, but if it still fails, you can also dig out the E-Mail message that a petition response from us generates to the address registered to the account and reply to that with the file attached. This should also result in the file being attached to that petition.

I just zipped the lbw file and uploaded that and it went fine.

I use to compress it into 5MB sized files to make it always work..
