Just role for a fresh wormhole...

Also, you should post this tired request in the features and ideas forum. Failing that, write it in a letter and send it to Santa.

Yeah, you think before you post and have some accountability for what you say.

Seriously, if you are looking for a good discussion on the subject of WH stabilizers, you will not get it on this section of the forums.

Edit: post i was replying to was edited

It's your attitude that's the problem really. I suggested a solution to fix your problem in my first post but you ignored it and responded to all the negative commentators instead.

Obvious troll, is obvious.

Dead horse, is dead.

Bad idea, is bad. No, really. It's like this bad -------- (not in scale).

Honestly OP. The most polite answer to your idea is, move out of W-space and into known space. There's your stabilized wormholes.

There have been a number of threads over the years about wormhole stabilization. There have been a number of responses by the wormhole community and abroad as to why this is not a great idea. Your request is relative to your situation, as you said that this change would better suit your style of gameplay. You also said that you do not, in fact, "eat sleep breathe" wormholes.

For many of us that reside in wormholes and focus on this community, this idea is something we aren't interested in pursuing. Wormholes were designed the way they were designed, and those of us that moved in them learned to adapt to a style of gameplay that made it lucrative and possible to develop this community. Ofcourse there were some changes that we push for such as fitting ability, POS's, and the like, but overall the community is satisfied with our frontier style of play.

We do tend to rib each other about "white knighting", "blobbing", and "bat phoning", and many have their thoughts and opinions about "how" we interact with one another, but to change the mechanics the way you propose could open the door for abuse or manipulation of the mechanic in a way that may offset the marginal balance we do have in w-space. Wormholers are cautious types, and we don't want to risk breaking the community so one guy doesn't have the game get in the way of him "cooking dinner".

If you want to PVE, make some ISK, and not worry about the wormhole issue, I'd recommend you find a quiet region in null and run Sanctums and such. I hear Fountain is rather quiet and open at the moment.

I'd say that the average wormholer puts a premium on initiative and self-reliance. So when you flat out stated you didnt bother to do a search on this subject you irritated a fair amount of them.

You then irritated even more by posting with an alt. Wormholers are pretty close knit group, we may enthusiastically murder each other, but at the end of the day we mostly still respect one another and are on pretty good terms. So some anonymous kspace smuck making the literally dozenth post on a topic that would fundamentally change our gameplay irritates us even more.

Your follow up responses further aggravate any remaining wormholer you have yet to **** off (assuming they even bothered to click on this thread given the title).

Sorry it isnt all kisses and cuddles in wspace.

Edited cuz I'm bad at grammar

if you come to the WH forum and suggest a wh stabilizer, you deserve what you get.
there already are systems with stable connections, theyre called 'kspace'.

There is no Bob.
