"taking offers around 6bil? 4 is quite close to 6 last I checked.

Instead of being a generic EvE-hole, you could have said "thanks but no" and taken my bid as a friendly bump. Instead, it's quite likely you find several people report you for flagrant rule vilations :(

As for you not being able to read the rules
I'll quote Rule 7 for you though since you are too lazy to read the rules or simply don't care to abide by them

as when the threads lockers come a locking, they shut your pretty thread down for 24 hours :( This would be a travesty for sure. And they lock any duplicate threads you make to skirt around the 24 lock they impose.
