How about being able to put the solar system map or the universe map in a resizable window? I could stretch my client to another screen and have that map up for reference at all time. That'd be frakkin' awesome I think.

F 11 - not as good, but it helps.

Back to your idea - Yes, i do want to see the starmap in a window AS AN OPTION - the starmap is rather heavy on my computer and rendering it and something else will likely melt my processor. And as i mentioned the F 11 map, please add a range indication to the DScan display, not only the direction cone, because it can be pretty confusing in its current form.

Eve needs a better on screen map then what F11 provides. 
No matter how much you scrub, how hot of water you use, you can't wash shame!
