Keep SP in same range over or under might be ok. We can talk about it maybe work it out.

Dont bother if it has wasted skills or it can fly a Tengu with all T2 mods and 4 and 5' on basic skill and minm of 4's on tank and DPS and MOD skills.

Bump. and i really dont want to waste the time to sell it and then buy a Tengu pilot too.

But B/o ill set at 3.2b and nothing less. :)

Fine lol. I'll do ya better 3.5 Bil. Accept, as you will find your Tengu pilot and he'll want cash and not a trade (been there before).
