You browsed the forums a alot, lets be honest how many have you seen that can build titans? On top of that how many have you seen who can upgrade null sec stations to the max?

To be honest in pure SP terms you are highly overpricing her, but she is very specialised and somebody somewhere eventually will pay 12. I just cant go that high, I think its a fair offer and you don't.
I will have to bow out now though, unlike you I need a toon fast.

Well i took the price off eve appraiser which vales the toon at almost 10billion isk

then i added onto the price the 1.5 bil in implant slots 6-10 that the appraiser doesnt count

on top of that the very rare skills it has, i believe im about right on this toon.

However good luck in your hunt for a good indy toon.
