Owner of an asset is based on where that asset is located.

So assets stored in corp hangars are corp assets.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

Create a contract and make your personal asset available to your corporation.

While you cannot take items out of them, you should be able to slip items into corporate hangers.

Correct. It's like a bank. You need authorization to take things out, but no one is going to stop from putting anything in.

Sounds like the hanger is the best way to go.
