PLEASE ADD A "CONFIRM" BUTTON IN THE TRADE UI

Please add a CONFIRM button in the trade UI. Just like World of Warcraft.

There are always some bad guys, changing the trading price in the last minute in a trade. I can't even notice until I checked it in the exchange log.

PLEASE ADD THIS BUTTON. It is not a hard work.

Don't do station trades and you won't have to worry about confirmation buttons. Use contracts or the market. If the trade is not to one of your own alts it is a scam.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

after you click yes if the change anything then you have to click yes again if you don't look then it's your own fault for not looking at what you're clicking yes to in the first place. the confirmation would only say "are you sure you wish to do this?" so if you don't know when you click yes the first time then you won't know the second time. So what did you lose and for how much isk?

only use the trade function with someone you REALLY trust, mainly your own alts, or corp members you know well to ensure they won't be bad to you.

for everything else -> contract is the way to go

if the contract fee seems to big, then you are trading low items you won't mind loosing anyway, for big items (meaning big prices), well, stop being a cheap ass, contract fee are ridiculously low....

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU'RE DOING IN THE FUTURE! THAT WAY YOU WON'T GET RIPPED OFF!

And stop using caps lock. it's really annoying.

Very simple fix, learn how the game UI works.

1. Pay attention.
2. If anything in the trade changes, your and his 'Accept' goes away. You have to reclick 'Accept'.
3. Repeat step one.

If you get ripped off, it is your own fault, not the fault of the game. This is not World of Warcraft. If you want easy, go play that and leave us alone.

As a couple of people have already said, CCP already "fixed" this. What do you want them to do? Hold your damned hand?

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

I tried to ignore it and thought "I am feeling nice and won't troll this one" but deep down my first reaction was "This is not WOW, if you can't handle the heat stay out of the kitchen"

The really sad part is that unless Blizzard changed it sometime during the Farms of Pokeria expansion then trading in EVE is pretty much identical to trading in World of Warcraft already. Pony up some items, hit trade early if you want to risk losing them. Hit trade after they pony up some items and it gets rescinded if they add/remove items.

Dunno what the TC expects CCP to do here when they've already done what he wants and he still can't properly use the UI. Roll

How bout no?

They already have something to prevent changes. The trade box resets if anyone makes a change to it. So if you get scammed it's your own fault for not going back and checking everything is how you want it before clicking accept again
