It was promised for August by **multiple** devs.

Now we have vague dev blog language and rumors that we won't see them until Winter?

I can see it now: Winter expansion is announced with one flagship feature: the three CQ which should have been released with Incarna 1.0.

When they start learning the mistakes of others and want to respect the EVE playerbase again.

also known as precisely never-ish.

non bitter answer: winter-ish. probably. maybe. probably next year-ish.

truth is nobody has a clue with CCP anymore and their word doesn't mean a whole lot.

I hate to think about how long we will have to wait before we can actually talk around in a station and interact with other players.

(I have asked CCP for an estimate and been ignored in many threads)

Jint Hikaru - Miner / Salvager / Explorer / SpaceBum In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

gallente will have a bug and probably be pushed back or half done

amarr's will look terrible

caldari will be ok but lag more then minmitar cause of blue lights

winter expansions = caldari and amarr gallente waits until summer expansions people will turn them off due to lag like current CQ anyways

so ccp how accurate was I?

the biggest issue here is that they won't release establishements until the others CQs are done, as they need them...
so the more time lost here impact the following

seriously you care about these CQs ?
me i don't care at all. but i do care about establishement, that is the REAL begining of incarna.

Soon.
If you want more precise predictions - after today masstest, racial CQs can be installed on Singularity. Overall patch size is ~900 Mbytes. Obviously they are in intrernal QA testing.

I don't want to nitpick but they did say "end of summer" and granted that has pasted, however the summer in Australia has not even begun!

They should delay as much as they need to fix the issues with the existing one. After all, getting 3 new set of "The Doors" in blue, green and yellow is not something that I'm looking forward to.

Rushed expansions... that's what got us here in the first place.

In Iceland, due to the rotation of the earth - summer is longer, thus Autumn comes later.

Just clearing things up a bit. Big smile

honestly couldn't care less.

I don't know *anyone* who even has CQ on. let alone actively anticipating more of the same.

I believe I speak on behalf of everyone in TEST when I say:

WE DON'T CARE ABOUT CQ

We want spaceships, not walking in a 20m^3 space.

Hi. I'm Stitcher, I have CQ on, and I'm actively anticipating more of the same.

...when it's ready. Good thing I'm patient and understand that rome wasn't built in a day.

Alright I'll agree that its disappointing that we don't have all of the CQs yet, but y'all are sending CCP mixed messages here.

On one hand you've got people yelling about how we never wanted CQ and how "we need things to do not things to wear" and on the other you've got people asking for the rest of Incarna that never got finished. (started?)

Make up your minds - do you want walking in stations or do you want flying in space? Because CCP can barely put in the effort for one, you're certainly not gonna get both.

[Hint - the answer is flying in space]

Ah. Yeah there's your problem right there Sir.

I'm afraid you've got a very nasty case of "believethedevsitus". It can be contagious, especially in enclosed spaces like fanfest or overcrowded forums.

The only treatment, Im sorry to say, is a strong dose of 'BitterVet' which will cure you, but has the mild side effect of turning you into a cynical, grumpy and cantankerous old git.

Three rooms every 6 months. Starting from a pile of lumber, you could build a real-life house in that time. One with good lighting.

They're not even new rooms, just re-skinned versions of an existing model. No new functionality is planned that I'm aware of, it's just a question of where to put the sofa.

But if nothing else, this may be worse news for Dust514 than Eve. If they can't spare an artist for the week it takes to get this done, they must be pulling their hair out trying to get that game ready.

According to the calendar the first day of fall is on September 23rd. So if they get it out before that date, then technically they got it out during summer.
