Found this fit on failheap and it looks pretty good. I've had an old exploration Legion sitting in the hangar with a log of the more expensive mods already on it. Thoughts?

Honestly the Legion is way too expensive and ineffective for solo PvP. The navy Omen is probably a better solo PvP ship for 5% of the cost after insurance. When you're doing solo PvP you need speed to kite and the nOmen is like 50% faster than the Legion, with a lower sig. The DPS is even comparable since the nOmen has a drone bay.

I'd slot in a pair of Genolution augs and fly this:

Medium Ancillary Armor Repairer
EANM II
2x Heat Sink II
2x Tracking Enhancer II
Damage Control II

Experimental 10mn MWD I
Warp Disruptor II
Medium Electrochemical Capacitor Booster I

4x Heavy Pulse Laser II
Medium Unstable Power Fluctuator I

Ancillary Current Router I
2x Polycarbon Engine Housing I
Maz3r Rakum

I use a similar fit, and agree it is better than a legion due to its huge speed and agility advantage. But if you have snakes and a loki booster nano legion can be a monster, then again so can a lot of ships. Nano omen again can fit a neut a drones which makes you a lot safer versus fast tackle.

legion is best flown with hams, lots of "solo" pvp done in one.

My personal favorit is the dual neut ham one
