I selected to wrong character to xfer to an account, filed 2 petitions from me ad the buyer and nothing yet? I need that pilot back etc.

I think itll be fine, CCP will probaly reverse the transfer. and transfer the right one, They will also question the other player as to why they didnt assist you with getting the toon back.

the buyer has a petiton up too
there's no way to cancel and I'm not paying 2b (1b to get mine back and 1b to send the right one)

CCP is swamped with Petitions on a daily basis, you have to understand that this couldnt have happened at a worst time because now were moving into the weekend, and they do take the weekend off, so your looking at an asnwer back probably on Monday.
