no such thing as a cheap t1 cruiser. Figure on spending 40-50m on a decent fit.


You arent going to get away with a 13m isk cruiser anymore.

If you only run the MWD with the DCU will it be cap stable. It otherwise will only go up in price and my goal here was to be as cheap as possible and with a chance to fly another day.
